Trash Talking Art

June 4, 2022 | 8:30am-3:00pm
(Member price $119)
Students will kayak around Owls Creek to collect trash, track their data, and turn it into art to share with Virginia Aquarium guests. Advance registration is required and open until filled.

Marine Mammals

This event has expired. Students will learn about some of Virginia’s winter visitors through a Whales & Wildlife boat tour and harbor seal training session.

Ocean Collection

This event has expired. Students will have the opportunity to assist in the collection of fish, invertebrates, and plankton using the same tools and methods as marine scientists. Also, get a bonus experience by going behind the scenes to see how we acclimate our new animals to their habitats.

Youth Ocean Conservation Summit

    The Youth Ocean Conservation Summit empowers middle and high school students across the country with the knowledge, skills, and resources necessary to successfully implement ocean conservation projects in their local communities.
